Bhavish Aggarwal, promoter of Ola Electric Mobility Limited, has created a first-ranking exclusive pledge over 20 crore equity shares of the company.
The pledged shares represent 4.32% of Ola Electric Mobility's total paid-up share capital.
The pledge has been created in favour of CTL Trusteeship Limited, acting for the benefit of Avendus Finance Private Limited, ICICI Prudential Special Opportunities Fund I and/or each of their transferees from time to time.
The share pledge agreement was executed on September 25, 2026, while the formal date of creation of the encumbrance is recorded as September 30, 2026.
Ola Electric Share Pledge for NCDs
The pledged shares will secure certain non-convertible debentures issued or to be issued by Krutrim Data Centre Private Limited.
The filing states that the pledge was created pursuant to an unexecuted share pledge agreement and is intended to secure the obligations associated with the relevant non-convertible debentures.
Ola Electric Promoter Shareholding After Pledge
Prior to the creation of the pledge, Bhavish Aggarwal held 122.75 crore shares, representing 26.52% of Ola Electric Mobility's total share capital, with no shares under encumbrance.
Following the creation of the pledge, 20 crore shares, representing 4.32% of the company's total share capital, are encumbered.
The promoter's overall shareholding remains unchanged at 122.75 crore shares, or 26.52% of the company's total share capital.
