Following the acquisition, the fund's shareholding increased from 7.10% to 7.71%, with its total holding rising to 46,36,599 shares.
The transaction resulted in a 0.61% increase in the fund's stake, crossing the disclosure threshold prescribed under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
