Inox Green Completes Rs.550 Crore Payment for Wind World India’s 4.5 GW O&M Business

Inox Green Wind World India Acquisition Details
Inox Green Energy Services Limited has completed the payment for the transfer of Wind World India’s 4.5 GW Wind O&M business.
The payment of rupee 550 crore was executed through Inox Green’s subsidiary, Vibhav Energy Private Limited (VEPL).
Following completion of the transfer and implementation of the Resolution Plan, Inox Green will hold a 75% stake in VEPL.
The acquired O&M portfolio has achieved a turnover of approximately rupee 580 crore in FY26 and benefits from a contracted annual price escalation of approximately 5%.
Inox Green Portfolio Expansion
The acquisition adds approximately 4.5 GW of wind assets to Inox Green’s O&M portfolio.
With the transaction, Inox Green’s total O&M portfolio increases to approximately 13.3 GWp.
The acquired portfolio includes marquee customers such as Tata Group, ReNew, Greenko Group, Apraava Energy and Hindustan Zinc, further strengthening the company's presence across India's wind energy sector.
The transaction has been executed at a valuation multiple of approximately 2x EBITDA, based on expected earnings after synergy realization.
