BLS Polymers IPO Overview and Purpose
The BLS Polymers IPO is offering approximately Rs. 255 crore through a fresh issue of 1.70 crore equity shares, with no Offer for Sale (OFS) component. The issue price band is Rs. 142 to Rs. 150 per share, and the minimum lot size is 100 shares.
Since the IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue, the proceeds will go to the company. The funds will be used for capital expenditure to expand its manufacturing facility, meet working capital requirements, and support general corporate purposes.
