We are an engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) company with over three decades of experience in executing power distribution and transmission infrastructure projects (“Power EPC Projects”), supported by in-house manufacturing capabilities for electrical and structural components used in power infrastructure projects. Our core EPC operations encompass survey, design and engineering, procurement and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of power transmission lines, substations and distribution networks comprising both overhead and underground electrical lines. We complement our EPC operations with in-house manufacturing of certain electrical and structural components which supports backward integration, quality control and project execution. This manufacturing capability not only ensures reliability and efficiency in our Power EPC Projects but also enables us to supply products to third-party customers, thereby diversifying our revenue base. Further, we also provide independent Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”) services for transmission lines, thereby extending our role beyond project execution to ongoing asset support and ensuring sustained performance and reliability of power infrastructure. Collectively, these capabilities position us as an end-to-end solutions provider in the power transmission and distribution sector. While our primary focus remains on the power transmission and distribution sector, we also undertake limited civil construction project by leveraging our engineering, procurement and project management experience.
