Kumbh Finance Ltd. (KFL) was incorporated on 08.04.91 as aLimited Co. and certificate for commencement of businesswas obtained from ROC U.P. at Kanpur on 25.04.91. TheCompany was originally promoted by Sh. Ram Raj Singh ShriShiva Prasad Mishra and Sh. Devendra Kumar Gupta. It wastaken over by Sh. K. C. Mohta and his associates w.e.f.15th March 1993 at par value. The shares were transferredto the promoter at par value and the original promotershave no stake in the company at present. The presentdirectors/promoters do not have any dispute with the pastdirectors/promoters. The company has started itscommercial operations from 15th March 1993 after the takeover of the Company and the change in the management by theinduction of directors by the present promoters. Thecompany is at present engaged in the business of investmentin securities and inter-corporate deposits and loans.
