The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Yatra Online Private Limited’ on December 28 2005 at Mumbai as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies Maharashtra. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on October 25 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Yatra Online Limited’.
