The Company was incorporated on 27th July 1993 as aPrivate Limited Company under the name of VasparrContaineurs Private Limited. The Company was convertedinto a Public Limited Company by a special resolution on30/09/1994. The name of the Company was changed to VASPARRCONTAINEURS LIMITED with effect from 30.09.1994 andcertificate of change of name was obtained from theRegistrar of Companies Maharashtra at Bombay on October25 1994 on conversion.PRESENT BUSINESSThe Company has not yet commenced commercial productionsince it is in the process of setting up the most modernmanufacturing plant of its kind in India for the productionof 210 Litre Metal Barrels. The Company has alreadystarted manufacturing on a job work basis in a small way inorder to test the market. Since iron and steel will be themajor raw materials the Company has commenced tradingactivities mainly to build harmonious relations with thesuppliers of raw material.
