The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in May 1989. The Main Objects of the Company are directed towards development of Tourism and its other related activities. The company was not carrying out any significant activities till the present promoters took over the management of the company in 1991. In November 1991 Crown Tours acquired a partnership firm M/s. Aravali Safari & Tours and made this firm as one of its Division. Ever since M/s. Aravali Safari & Tours has been whole heartedly devoting to the Tourism and allied activities in the State of Rajasthan and has opened its branches at Udaipur Jodhpur Bikaner Jaisalmer and Goa. From a modest Excursion Agent the Company has now acquired position in the multi Units multi trade Enterprise M/s. Crown Tours was incorporated as a Limited Company with effect from January 1995 to cover a wider spectrum of Tourism and allied activities in the State and outside. The company has embarked upon an expansion plan to expand its travel tourism and other activities.
