Later on the name of the Company was changed to Wealth First Portfolio Managers Private Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 14 2003. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 18 2015.
