The Company was incorporated as ?DSFS Securities and Broking Private Limited? under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated April 16 2002 issued by Registrar of Companies Gujarat bearing registration No. 040636 in Ahmedabad. Later on the name of the Company was changed to Wealth First Portfolio Managers Private Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 14 2003. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 18 2015.
