The Company was incorporated on the 16th of November 1994and obtained certificate of commencement of business datedthe 12th of January 1995. The Company applied for themembership of the National Stock Exchange on the 10.02.95.It was allotted the in principle membership of the CapitalMarket segment of the National Stock Exchange fromHyderabad on the 29th of May 1995. The Company made anapplication to the National Stock Exchange to change itstrading membership from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad which hasbeen accepted by the Exchange vide their letter dated the20th of September 1995. The Company has been allottedRegistration no.INB 230852430 by SEBI with effect from the12th of January 1996. The Company has already acquiredoffices at Mumbai Ahmedabad and Hyderabad for the purposeof its operations.The Company is engaged in the business of buying andselling of shares and it had a turnover of Rs.427.21 lakhsand made a profit of Rs.108 lakh upto the period ended 31stMarch 1996. The Company is in the process of installinginfrastructure facilities at its Ahmedabad office tocommence NSE operations.MAIN OBJECTSThe main objects of the Company as set out in theMemorandum of Association are:To carry on the business as share and stock brokersfinance brokers underwriters sub-underwriters agents andbrokers for taking hold dealing in converting stocksshares and securities of all kinds brokers~ for the unitsof Unit Trust of India brokers for debentures bondsGovernment securities National savings certificates smallsaving scheme and generally for securities of all kinds andto carry on th above business in India or abroad.The main object clause of the Memorandum of Association ofthe Company enables the Company to undertake the activitiesfor which the funds are being raised through the presentissue and also the activities which the Company has beencarrying on till date.SUBSIDIARYThe company does not have any subsidiary company.
