Our Company was incorporated as ‘Wakefit Innovations Private Limited’ at Bengaluru Karnataka as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 1 2016 issued by the Registrar of Companies Karnataka at Bengaluru (“RoC”).
