Subsequently the Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on May 27 2023 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to “Vrundavan Plantation Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad dated June 5 2023.
