Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name “Vivid Electromech Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 at Bombay Maharashtra pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 10 1990 bearing registration no 11-57679 issued by the Registrar of Companies Bombay Maharashtra. Subsequently pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 21 2024 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Vivid Electromech Private Limited” to “Vivid Electromech Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 12 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre.
