The Company was originally incorporated as Virtuoso Optoelectronics Private Limited at Nashik Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 11 2015 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74999MH2015PTC268355 issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra. Subsequently the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 24 2021 and consequent upon conversion the name of the company was changed to Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 19 2021 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74999MH2015PLC268355 issued by Registrar of Companies Mumbai.Major Events Milestones Key Awards Achievements and Accolades of the Company :2016- VOEPL was established on 11th September 2015- Started manufacturing of Electronics Products and Lighting Products by setting up in-house EMS Facility in a 6000 sq. ft facility2017- VOEPL received its ISO 9001 certification2018- VOEPL took its first steps into White Goods Manufacturing by laying the foundation for manufacturing of Air Conditioners (ACs)2019- VOEPL was selected to be part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program for SMEs by Graduate School of Business (GSB) Stanford University USA.2021- Expansion of the White Goods Division (AC) and moved into its new 100K sq. ft. facility.
