The Company was incorporated on 22.02.93 and becameeligible to commence business on March 25 1994. TheCompany started business with investment and leasingactivities. During the first year of operations theCompany was mainly involved in the business of leasinginter-corporate deposits and investments. The Company waspromoted by Chartered Accountants from varied field ofactivities and well experienced in the whole gamut of''Finance'' functions. The Company got Certificate of Incorporation on 22ndFebruary 1993. Promoters of the Company were CharteredAccountants and during subsequent period they werepreoccupied with their professional obligations andassignments. They were too busy with closing of theirclients'' and own accounts and statutory/tax audits for yearending 31st March. Due to the pressing and urgent nature ofabove work in hand the matter of obtaining Certificate ofCommencement of Business got delayed.The Company has made an application to RBI vide its letterdated 25.04.95 for registration as NBFC which is awaited.5.8. OTHER ASSOCIATE COMPANIESThe Promoters have not promoted any company other than theexisting one.There are no other firms/companies in which Promoters havesubstantial interest.
