The Company was originally incorporated as “Vinsys IT Services India Private Limited” as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 11 2008 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Pune. Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 10 2023 the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to “Vinsys IT Services India Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 12 2023 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies Pune. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U72200PN2008PLC131274.Promoters of the company are Mr. Vikrant Shivajirao Patil and Mrs. Vinaya Vikrant Patil and were subscribers to the memorandum.The Promoters have combined experience of more than 28 years in Digital Learning Training and certification industry.
