The Company was originally incorporated on August 242007 as "Kanisha Hotels Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai. The name of the Company was changed to "Vithal kamats Restaurants Private Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued bye the RoC on Ovtober 1 2013. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to "Vidli Restaurants Privitae Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the Deputy ROC on February 26 2015. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company puruant to Shareholders Resolution passed at te AGM of the Company held on October 7 2015 and the name of the Company was changed to "Vidli Restaurants Limited". A Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Deputy Roc on November 23 2015.
