The Company was incorporated on 19th January 1994 as Vidhi International Private Ltd The name was changed toVidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Private Limited on 29th July 1994 and subsequently it was converted into aPublic Limited Company under the name and style of Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd. on 6th March 1995 bypassing a special resolution in the Extra Ordinary Generalmeeting held on 15th December 1994.The Company proposes to manufacture Food Colours with aninstalled capacity of 302 TPA at its proposed plant atRoha Raigad Dist. The promoters are already in thebusiness of imports and exports of Food Colours andDyestuffs since 1984. The associate companies aremarketing over 12 to 15 tons per month of food colours forlast three years. The Company has a marketing tie-up with Hongkong based trading company M/s. Tai Cheong Trading Co. for exporting 15 tonnes per month of food colours for aperiod of three years from the date of signing of theagreement.
