Pursuant to a special resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 13 2018 the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ‘Veekayem Textile Mills Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 29 2018 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 18 2018 the name of the Company was changed to ‘Veekayem Fashion & Apparels Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 29 2018 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
