Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 18 2018 the name of the Company was changed to ‘Veekayem Fashion & Apparels Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 29 2018 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
