The company was incorporated as a Private Limited company on 28-12-1993 and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation upon conversion to a public limited company on 17.08.1994. The Company is a new Company and about to start its commercial production. The first phase of the implementation of the project has already been completed and the commercial production which was expected to commence in November 1994 will now commence in mid December 1994.The cost of the project and non-operational expenses has been met out of the capital raised from the Indian Promoters and Foreign Collaborators. Total expenditure on the project and non-operational expenses is Rs.7916355/- as on August 18 1994.
