Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 19 2007 our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “Utsav CZ Gold Jewels Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 08 2008 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U36911MH2007PLC175758.
