The project, with Univastu's share at ₹31.68 crore, will be executed over 24 months for Godawari Marathwada Irrigation Development Corporation.

The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Pune dated April 29 2009 with the name ‘Unique Vastushilp and Projects Private Limited’.
