The company was incorporated on 30th December 1993 as aPublic Limited Company under the name of Uniroyal TextileIndustries Limited. The company has its registered officeat 78-A Ekaas Sadan Zamrudpur Greater Kailash - I NewDelhi and is registered with the Registrar of CompaniesDelhi and Haryana at New Delhi. The company received thecertificate of commencement of business on 18th January1994. Since incorporation the company has acquired theplot for setting up of the factory and has also ordered themajor part of the plant & machinery required. The companyhas also received No Objection Certificate from the StatePollution Control Board.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY The company is setting up a project for the manufacture oflabels and narrow fabrics in the industrial estate ofPanchkula (Haryana). The project has an installed capacityof 115425 sq.m and 38475 sq.m. per annum of Tafetaand Satin labels respectively which will be produced onfully automated and computerised machinery.
