Our Company was originally incorporated as a private limited Company under the name “Unified Data- Tech Solutions Private Limited” on May 08 2010 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai (“RoC”) bearing CIN: U51900MH2010PTC202878. Thereafter our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extra ordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on October 22 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Unified Data- Tech Solutions Private Limited” to “Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public company dated November 26 2024 issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.
