The company was incorporated on 19th September 1990 as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad. The Company was converted into Limited Company with effect from 17th September 1994 and obtained change of name Certificate on 29th September 1994. Company is in the business of investments i.e. sale and purchase of shares for the last 5 years an having profits from these activities as well as interest income.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY The Company is presently engaged in the business of leasing bill discounting and investment of shares and securities. The Company now proposes to expand its activities and undertake certain new activities such as leasing of plant and machinery household equipments commercial vehicles etc. and to carry on the business of investment advisors and project consultancy services.
