Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Trident Techlabs Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 9 2000 issued by the Registrar of Companies N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi (“RoC”). Subsequently the name of the company was changed from ‘Trident Techlabs Private Limited’ to ‘Trident Techlabs Limited’ upon conversion into public company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on May 12 2023 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued by the RoC on May 30 2023.
