The Company ishaving its Registered Office at 408 Vikram Tower 16Rajendra Place New Delhi - 110 008. The immediate object ofthe Company is to set up a project to manufacturelaboratory chemicals consisting of Peptones Extracts andDehydrated Culture Media for micro-biology and tissueculture. As the Company is setting up manufacturingfacilities for high purity chemicals for the first time inIndia under one roof with modern R & D facilities to caterthe national as well as international market and requiredcomplete infrastructure facility including importanttesting equipments to give the quality products requiredfor industries research fields public health care etc.pending the creation of manufacturing facilities theCompany could not start production.
