Further our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 15 2025 and by our Shareholders at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 16 2025 at shorter notice and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Tipco Engineering India Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 03 2025 was issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies/Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.
