The Company was incorporated as Saketh Exim Private Limited on June 16 2010 under the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai bearing Registration No. 204331. Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Saketh Exim Limited vide Special Resolution dated December 07 2017. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion was granted to the Company on December 19 2017 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
