Our Company was incorporated as ‘Tek Travels Private Limited on November 6 2006 at New Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956. The name of our Company was changed to ‘TBO Tek Private Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on October 22 2021.
