The Company was incorporated as ‘Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Private Limited’ pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 12 1996 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat and Dadra & Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad (“RoC”).
