The Company was incorporated as Private Limited company on 20th January 1994 under the name of Reliable Marketing and Finance Pvt. Limited. The name was subsequently changed to Reliable Finance Private Limited and fresh certificate consequent upon change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Haveli Ahmedabad on 14th December 1994. The company was subsequently converted into public limited company vide special resolution passed on 3rd May 1995 and a fresh certificate consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Haveli Ahmedabad on 10th May 1995.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe company is at present engaged in the business of Investment Leasing and Finance related services and is gradually expanding its activities.
