The main object as per Memorandum & Articlesof Association are to deal in leasing of all kinds ofequipments bill discounting and financing any commercialactivities including advise on financial matter.PRESENT BUSINESSThe company was incorporated with the objects of taking upleasing of all kinds of equipments bills discounting andfinancing any commercial activities including advice onfinancial matters. Recently the company provided guidanceto various customers on leasing & financial matters andearned income. Since the equity base of the company issmall it could not under take fund based activities. Fundsand non funds based fronts activities will increase withthe increase on the equity base of the company.The basic strengths of the company in its line of presentactivities are that the promoter of the company has wideexperience of financial market so this will be an asset tothe company while taking decisions regarding billdiscounting and leasing business. The concept of creditappraisal safety measures and risk and return have alsobeen taken into account.The weaknesses which the company envisages are that thebill discounting & leasing business are dependent on thecompetitive environment and involves risk thus themonitoring by the assisted person is required on acontinuous basis Chances of defaults always exists.SUBSIDIARY COMPANYThe Company does not have any subsidiary company.
