SUPER BAKERS (INDIA) LIMITED was incorporated as a PublicLimited Company under the Companies Act 1956 on 11thMarch 1994 with the main object of manufacturing wheatproducts like Maida Sooji Atta Bran by Roller FlourMills and to manufacture plastic bags and 6 colourflexographic printing thereon.The Company has been promoted by Shri Shankar T. AhujaShri Prakash B. Ahuja Shri Harshad K. Mehta & Shri SudhirVora who have considerable experience in the line ofactivities. Promoters are technically supported by wellexperienced & qualified miller Shri Harshad K. Mehta & ShriSudhir Vora in Plastic Packaging.The Company has acquired a Land building and machineriesof the Flour Mills belonging to M/s. Gujarat Roller FlourMills at G.I.D.C. Odhav at the cost of Rs.56.25 lacs andsame unit has been renovated and added some new machinerieswith additional new facilities like inside pakkas roadlift etc. Commercial Production has already commenced. TheCompany has proposed to install Plastic Packaging Unit atBaroda for which land is acquired and building work isunder progress Orders for machineries have been placed itis expected to complete the installation of machineries byend of March''95. Commercial Production is likely tocommence in April''95.
