The company was incorportated under the companies act 1956 as a Private Ltd company in the name of A.K.Processors Pvt.Ltd on the 14th October 1994. The company was converted into public Ltd. On 26th December 1994. The company was converted into Public Ltd for which fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the registrar of companies Rajasthan Jaipur on 6th January 1995. Subsequently the name of the company was changed to A.K.Spintex Ltd. vede certificate of change of name issed by Registrar of companies dated 24th Feb.1995. To implement the project the company had acquired a plot of 6 Biga and 8 Biswa in village Bilian Kalan in Nov.1994.
