Our Company was incorporated as ‘Standard Glass Lining Technology Private Limited’ at Hyderabad as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 6 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently upon the conversion of our Company into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on June 4 2022 the name of our Company was changed to ‘Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 17 2022 was issued by the RoC.Major Events and Milestones:2013- Incorporated the Glass Lining Division.2014- Sold 100 glass lined reactors.2016- Supplied first unique stainless steel glass lined reactor to Natco Pharma Limited.2018- Our Company hit a turnover of ? 500000000.00.2019- Finished construction of new facility of glass lining equipment at SGL Unit.2021- Our Material Subsidiary was incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary.- Our Material Subsidiary acquired metal business from M/s S2 Engineering Services and pumps business from M/s Stanpumps Engineering Industries.2022- Agreement with Climaveneta Climate Technologies Private Limited to enter the chillers market.2023- Investment from AGI Investors in our Company2024- Acquired Hyderabad based C.P.K.
