The Company was incorporated on 17th October 1994 as a public limited company with the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad for carrying on the business ofShipping Real Estate Promotion and Development andConstruction of buildings commercial/residential complexes plots farm houses etc. The Certificate for Commencement of business was obtained on 4th November 1994.Main Objects of the CompanyThe main objects of the Company as set out in itsMemorandum of Association are as follows:1. To carry on in all their respective branches all or anyof the businesses of builders developers masonry andgeneral construction contractors and among other things toconstruct develop and turn to account any land acquired orbelonging to the Company or in which the Company isinterested and to construct alter demolish decorateexecute carry out equip furnish improve maintain pulldown repair and work buildings structures and erectionsof all kind bridges roads water tanks waterwaysrunways railways roadways tramways docks harbourswharves canals water courses reservoirs embankmentsirrigations reclamations sewage drainage and othersanitary works water gas electric and other supplyworks houses buildings and erections of every kind andto carry on any other business in connection with the abovementioned business that are customarily or usually carriedon in connection therewith or naturally incidental thereto.2. In the meantime itidentified good opportunities in real estate business andhence for the time being it is channelising its resourcesinto real estate business.The Company is presently engaged in development of a commercial complex at Door No. 180 Kodambakkam High RoadMadras for housing a Multi-storeyed office complex with ashopping centre.
