Subhash Projects and Marketing Limited was incorporated atDelhi as a Private Limited Company on 27th August 1981.The Company became a Public Limited Company on 27th August1983 and the certificate of incorporation was amended byRegistrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana accordingly.SPML commenced business by constructing water pumpingstations for various Government undertakings and MunicipalCorporations and laying of cross country water pipelinesfor the government agencies. The Company has recentlydiversified into construction of mini hydel-power plants.In 1994 the Company entered the field ofconsultancy/turnkey services for setting up wind powerplants and has commissioned wind farms of 18 MW capacitybefore 31.3.1995.
