The name of theCompany was subsequently changed to MG Express Ltd. videletter no.: ROC/Approval/21/55-17509/3069 dated 17.2.93 ofRegistrar of Companies Delhi and Haryana and subsequentlyto ModiLuft Ltd. vide letter no.: ROC/Approval/21/55-17509/6593 dated 11.4.94 of Registrar of Companies.Delhi and Haryana.The Company during the period 1984 to the year 1992 engageditself in the activity of leasing finance and investmentand the activities were at low key. The Companysubsequently diversified into the activity of DomesticAviation Operations.AWARDSMODILUFT is now established as the BEST DOMESTIC AIRLINE inIndia within a short period of one year only and is theproud recipient of many prestigious awards. The NRIInstitute Award was presented by the Honorable UnionMinister of Tourism and Civil Aviation Industry Mr. GulamNabi Azad to MODILUFT for the BEST DOMESTIC AIRLINE andfor introducing world class standards to Indian skies. TheInstitute of Economic Studies also merited MODILUFT withthe BEST DOMESTIC AIRLINE award in India.
