Sree Jayalakshmi Autospin Limited was originallyincorporated as a Private Limited Company on 4.3.91 andsubsequently was converted into a Public Limited Company on13.04.1994. The main object of the company is to carry onbusiness of ginning and spinning of cotton yarn. In thefirst phase the company has established an industrial unitengaged in cotton ginning in July 1994. It is located inpremises leased from Vijayalakshmi Oil Mills on a monthlylease rentals of Rs. 6500/. There are no over dues inthe payment of lease rentals. The existing ginning unit is assisted by Karnataka StateFinancial Corporation to the extent of Rs. 9.86 lakhs. Thisunit has commenced commercial production from July 1994.Now the company intends to establish spinning unit as aforward integration.
