INM 100001096 dated 9.2.96 effective from16.02.96.The company has already started Its Merchant Bankingactivities as a Category III Merchant Banker by acting asAdvisors to the Public Issues of two companies.The Company being a Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC)having net owned fund of more than Rs 50 lacs is requiredto be registered with Reserve Bank of India. The companyhas obtained the Industrial Classification Code asFinancial Services Company from the Department of CompanyAffairs (DCA) R & S. Division Delhi vide their letterreference no. 8(208)-RS/95 dated 02-11-1995.The Company has applied to RBI vide their letter dated16-11-1995 to obtaining registration as NSFC.The company started its activities in the year 1994 andemphasised mainly on fund based activities like Investmentand Inter Corporate Deposits and non fund based activitieslike corporate consultancy In 1995 with the Infusion ofmore funds by promoters the company began concentrating onabove activities in a big way.
