The Company was incorporated as a private limited company on 18th November 1991 under the Companies Act 1956 and was converted into Public Company on 1-2-1994 and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation on 7-6-94. The Company has set up project for manufacturing Adhesive Tapes with capacity of 130 Lac Sq.mtr.p.a. in July 1993. The manufacturing facility is located at Khopoli.Commercial Production successfully started on 1.8.93. The Company is now undertaking the expansion and aft expansion the installed capacity shall be 493 lac sq. mtr.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe main objects of the Company as detailed in the Memorandum & Articles of Association are :-1. To carry on trade or business of manufacture production purchase sale import export and generally deal in adhesives gum chemicals (natural and artificial) and all compounds varnishes and in adhesive tapes paper tapes cello tapes cloth tapes polyester and electrical tapes stationery tapes BOPP tapes rayon tapes laminated tapes masking tapes PVC adhesives tapes mylar and other film tapes nylon tapes aluminum foil tapes medical tapes and plastic flexibles.SUBSIDIARIES OF THE COMPANYThe Company has no subsidiaries.
