Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to ‘Sodhani Financial Consultants Limited’ vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on March 09 2023. The fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 10 2023 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Rajasthan Jaipur.Further pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 01 2023 the name of our Company was changed from “Sodhani Financial Consultants Limited” to “Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited”. The fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 15 2023 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Rajasthan Jaipur.
