Our company was originally formed as partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act 1932 in the name and style of “M/s. Snehaa Pharma Chemicals” pursuant to a deed of partnership dated October 26 2017. Further “M/s Snehaa Pharma Chemicals” was converted from partnership firm to a Private Limited Company in the name of “Snehaa Organics Private Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 05 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre bearing CIN U24290TG2022PTC164443.Thereafter our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 18 2024. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on January 07 2025 by the Registrar of Companies CPC Manesar Haryana and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Snehaa Organics Private Limited” to “Snehaa Organics Limited”.
