The Company was subsequently converted toPublic Limited Company in the name and style as KevalinSecurities Limited on 2-5-1995. Fresh Certificate ofIncorporation consequent upon conversion to Public LimitedCompany was granted by the Registrar of Companies NCT ofDelhi and Haryana at New Delhi.The Company was originally incorporated by Mr. Manit Jajuand Mr. Sanjay Periwal. Because of their preoccupationsand personal reasons both the original promoters havetransferred the control of the Company to Mr. Arun Khera inthe month of February 1995.
