The Company was originally incorporated as “SM Auto Stamping Private Limited” onAugust 14 2006 vide Registration no. 163789 (CIN: U27109MH2006PTC163789) under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Further pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 05 2019 the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed from “SM Auto Stamping Private Limited” to “SM Auto Stamping Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 19 2019 issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
