Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name of “S J Logistics (India) Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 23 2003 issued by Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai with CIN U63000MH2003PTC143614.
