Simran Farms Limited was incorporated on 26th of October 1984and started its production in February 25 1990 as a privateLimited Company; and has been converted into Public LimitedCompany w.e.f. 2/9193. The Certificate from Registrar ofCompanies giving effect of conversion to Public Limited Companyhas been received on 15/10/93 w.e.f. 2/9/93. The Company is aexisting profit making dividend paying company with installedcapacity of 12000 grower birds and 22500 nos layer birds forthe purposes of producing hatching eggs. Looking at growthpotential company is embarking upon expanding programme forincreasing the capacity of grower birds to 36000 nos and layerbirds to 72000 nos per annum for the purpose of expanding thecapacity from 3.37 million poultry hatching eggs to 14.17million poultry hatching eggs p.a.The company was in the process of identifying a suitable landwith necessary infrastructure for putting up the project due towhich the Company could not go ahead with the project howeverafter identifying the land the company immediately implementedthe project and started the commercial production from February1990. Further the company has not faced any labourproblems/litigation defaults and there was no closure.
