The company was incorporated on 9th July 1990 as a PrivateLimited Company vide Certificate of Incorporation No11-57150 issued by Registrar of Companies Maharashtra andwas subsequently converted into a Public Limited Companyvide a special resolution passed by the share holders on18th Jan. 1993 a certificate of change of name was issuedon 25th Feb. 1993 consequently by Registrar of CompaniesMaharashtra.Presently the company is engaged in marketing on drugintermediates like Analgesics Anti-pyretics Antibacterial etc. The company has already established a baseof around 50 clients and is in the process of increasing itsubstantially.Company is engaged in whole sale trade as well as in thesupply of its products to the actual users.Since the company has established its strong hold in buyingand selling of drugs intermediates it can effectively saveas production costs by getting cheaper-raw materials fromvarious suppliers for the formulation unit.
